The user has the responsibility to avoid any unnecessary burden to the 4seaman.com infrastructure.2.2 the user takes full responsibility for their information that is published on 4seaman.com. The interests of the user will be taken into account when terminating the contract.

Liability4.1 4seaman does not take any liability for the information entered or any declarations. 4seaman is not liable for the breach of duty of a user towards another user with regard to closed contracts. 4seaman will not be liable under any circumstances for users for direct or indirect damages or disadvantages that have occurred during the services of 4seaman.4.2 should 4seaman keep to the legal regulation the following applies:4.2.1 during injury of life, body or health 4seaman is liable for every negligence case;4.2.2 for other breach of duty by 4seaman or its partners 4seaman is liable but limited to contract types foreseen damages.4.2.3 Should 4seaman or its partners break the rules the consequences will be based on the standard contracts and will be limited to the damage occurred.4.2.4 4seaman is not liable for loss of winnings or savings damages from claims or other consequences resulting from secondary liabilities.
